Dear Students...
So now that it's all over, I want to say congratulations to all of
you for making progress this semester (hopefully you made progress even
if you didn't actually graduate).
I want to say a special congratulations to Doroty, Chi, an Belen, who were chosen as outstanding students of their classes.
I also want to wish Doroty a special congratulations for delivering such an awesome speech today as well as Chi for her outstanding piano performance. 6D, E, and F were the stars of graduation today and Doroty and Chi were the sun and the moon (in my humble opinion :D)
I really enjoyed teaching you guys this term. Each class was filled with special people and each had its own flavor but for me all of them were interesting and lots of fun. I always looked forward to coming to class and seeing all of you. We had good chemistry and lots of laughs. I will definitely miss you. We became like a family for 3 months so its hard to disband.
Having said that, of course I hope you will stay in touch with me. If you're going to be at the LCC, definitely come and visit me. If you're in Houston, please drop by when you can. In general, the best way to contact me is by email (holly_cin@yahoo.com). If there's anything I can do for you (within the scope of my limited powers), please don't hesitate to ask.
I hope you have a wonderful vacation and that you return in safety and health. And I wish you only success as you continue down your life's exciting and adventurous journey.
I look forward to seeing you again soon.
Yours,
HC

Folders for appeals
Only a few people turned in the folders that are necessary for us to have in case we need to make an appeal (if you don't pass the level on your own). In 6E, I only have one from Melsy.
Please bring your folder--in which you should place your writing, your tests, and your essays from the second half of the term. Your teachers will insert your final exams if needed.
Bring these folders tomorrow and get them to Hope or Thong. I will not be at the LCC tomorrow so you can give it to them.
If there is no folder, there will be no appeal.
Hopefully nobody will need an appeal, but you never know. These things do happen.

Abortion in Texas
Regarding our discussion in 6F, you can have a look at this if interested. Basically, abortion until 20-22 weeks gestation is legal in Texas.
